A restaurant for all senses
Just like at home, the kitchen is the heart of Öijared. The love of good food and atmosphere is in focus. The menu is seasonal and based on local produce.
Morning to evening
In the restaurant the day starts with a tempting breakfast buffet for our hotel and conference guests. Early bird golfers are also welcome to drop by for a coffee and sandwich. While breakfast guests round off, lunch preparations are already under way. And all day long people drop by for a coffee break or cake. From early evening there is a bistro menu, and for the gourmet the evening has a carefully composed à la carte menu on offer.
We can host up to 200 dinner guests. For weddings and other private parties there is naturally a possibility to compose a special menu. For successful conferences, the restaurant does its utmost to satisfy all needs and wishes.
The restaurant is run by chef Ulrik Lindelöv and his companion Anna Elweroth.
