Here you will find information such as invitations, offers and news. The information is the same as you get in the newsletters that are published regularly. During the golf season you can expect them every two weeks and otherwise every four weeks but exceptions can of course occur.

- Fastställande av röstlängd för mötet.
- Fråga om mötet har utlysts på rätt sätt
- Election of chairman and secretary for the meeting.
- Val av två protokollsjusterare och rösträknare, som jämte ordförande skall justera protokollet.
- Determination of agenda.
- Handling of matters raised by the board
- Behandling av i rätt tid inkomna motioner (Motion ska vara styrelsen tillhanda senast 4 veckor före årsmötet)
- Fastställande av verksamhetsplan, medlemsavgifter samt behandling av ekonomiskt plan för det kommande verksamhets- och räkenskapsåret.
- Övriga frågor, information, frågestund och allmän diskussion
